About the Role As a Showing Agent, you'll be the face of the home-buying experience
guiding clients as they tour properties throughout the Orlando area. You'll work side-by-side with experienced agents, learn proven systems, and gain real-world exposure to what it takes to succeed in this business. You won't just be observing
you'll be actively building skills, confidence, and momentum with every showing and client interaction. This isn't just a support position
it's a launchpad into a future as a full-time real estate agent. Responsibilities What You'll Do Show homes to active buyers and help them fall in love with the right one. Communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and manage showing logistics. Support lead agents in preparing listings and coordinating client experiences. Learn from top producers through mentorship, training, and real-world experience. Build your pipeline and prepare to transition into a full-time sales agent role. Qualifications Who You Are Fully available Passionate about real estate and eager to grow into a full-time agent role. Energetic, personable, and confident in client-facing situations. Reliable, detail-oriented, and great at managing schedules and communication. Licensed (or in the process of getting licensed) in Florida. Ready to work hard, learn fast, and have fun doing it. Compensation $25 hourly About The Nickley Group Why The Nickley Group?
