Conduct engaging and informative home tours, ensuring clients feel welcomed and informed. Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate property showings efficiently. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions and concerns with clarity and empathy. Gather and relay client feedback to our sales team to enhance service and client satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends and local property values. Qualifications
Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, ensuring clients feel heard and valued. Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple appointments efficiently. Familiarity with real estate market trends and local property values, or a willingness to learn. Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records and relay client feedback effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a supportive and dynamic work environment. Comfortable using technology and real estate software to enhance client interactions and streamline processes.
