Vollzeit (38,5 Std./Woche) | befristet auf 2 Jahre
Standort: Göttingen

CSL Plasma ist eines der weltweit führenden Unternehmen in der Gewinnung von Humanplasma zur Herstellung hochwirksamer Gerinnungs- und Immunglobulinpräparate. Für unser Kontrolllabor in Göttingen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Laborant / Supervisor (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Durchführung von Infektionsserologie und NAT-Testungen
  • Tätigkeiten in der klinischen Chemie, Immunhämatologie und Hämatologie
  • Fachliche Führung und Anleitung der Labormitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung und Pflege der Dokumentation gemäß GMP-Richtlinien
  • Unterstützung des Labormanagers, u. a. bei:
    • Lager- und Materialverwaltung
    • Dienst- und Einsatzplanung
    • Optimierung von Laborprozessen
  • Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft, z. B. im Bestellwesen und in der Abwicklung externer Dienstleistungen
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als MTLA oder in einem vergleichbaren labormedizinischen Beruf (z. B. BTA, CTA)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen Analysenautomaten
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
  • Sehr gute kommunikative, soziale und emotionale Kompetenz
  • Ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
