FĂŒr unser Kontrolllabor in Göttingen suchen wir zum nĂ€chstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Laborant / Supervisor (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben
  • DurchfĂŒhrung von Infektionsserologie und NAT-Testungen
  • TĂ€tigkeiten in der klinischen Chemie , ImmunhĂ€matologie und HĂ€matologie
  • Fachliche FĂŒhrung und Anleitung der Labormitarbeitenden
  • Sicherstellung und Pflege der Dokumentation gemĂ€ĂŸ GMP-Richtlinien
  • UnterstĂŒtzung des Labormanagers , u. a. bei:
    • Lager- und Materialverwaltung
    • Dienst- und Einsatzplanung
    • Optimierung von Laborprozessen
  • Mitarbeit im operativen TagesgeschĂ€ft , z. B. im Bestellwesen und in der Abwicklung externer Dienstleistungen
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als MTLA oder in einem vergleichbaren labormedizinischen Beruf (z. B. BTA, CTA)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen Analysenautomaten
  • Erfahrung in der MitarbeiterfĂŒhrung
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Hohes Maß an FlexibilitĂ€t , QualitĂ€ts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • AusgeprĂ€gte OrganisationsfĂ€higkeit und Teamorientierung
  • Sehr gute kommunikative, soziale und emotionale Kompetenz
  • Ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
