Hall Imports is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our diverse sales team! This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers. Responsibilities
  • Greet arriving customers
  • Showcase the dealership's vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers
  • Answer customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process
  • Accompany customers on test drives, collecting license and documentation
  • Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customer's vehicles
  • Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer's financing and ownership options
  • Reaching out to previous customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record (required)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in automotive sales a plus, but not required - We will train!
  • Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
