You will assist customers through the car buying process by helping them find the right vehicle to meet their needs, providing information, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:/pulliGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner./liliUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles./liliConduct vehicle demonstrations and conduct test drives./liliMaintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, including features, benefits, and comparisons./liliGuide customers through the sales process with honesty and integrity./liliCoordinate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless delivery process./liliFollow up with prospective and current customers to maintain strong relationships./liliMeet or exceed dealership goals for customer satisfaction and unit sales./liliStay current on manufacturer training and certifications./liliMaintain a clean and organized showroom and lot appearance./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliPrevious automotive sales experience preferred but not required./liliExcellent communication and people skills./liliCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./liliProfessional appearance and demeanor/liliValid drivers license and clean driving record/liliHigh school diploma or equivalent required/li/ulpWhat we offer:/pulliStable, bonus and incentive pay programs
