Responsibilities:
  • Implements administrative projects, procedures, and policies
  • Inventories and orders office supplies
  • Processes vendor invoices for payment
  • Assists in the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Processes and reports on office expenses
  • Assists in record-keeping system maintenance
  • Prepares and maintains account records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
Your Profile:
  • General office, facilities, and/or administration experience in a small organization
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven self-starter, able to work autonomously and in a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong language skills, fluent in English, French, and German
