Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML Initiatives: Drive the end-to-end development and deployment of AI/ML models in production environments, from conception to implementation and monitoring.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior AI engineers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

Profile

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models in industrial or production environments.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying frameworks for responsible AI/ML and leveraging these techniques for tasks such as natural language processing, image generation, anomaly detection, and optimization problems, delivering tangible results and measurable business impact.
• Leadership and Strategy:
  • Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies to address key business challenges and opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
• Advanced AI and Machine Learning:
  • Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to optimize processes and improve decision-making.
  • Utilize deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for complex problem-solving.
  • Implement advanced techniques such as reinforcement learning, neural networks, and ensemble methods.
• MLOps and Scalable Solutions:
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of AI models in production environments using MLOps best practices.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions through effective use of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Leverage containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) to manage and scale AI applications.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
  • Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL.
  • Experience with MLOps practices.
  • Knowledge of Rust programming language, LangChain, LangServe, and Langraph & steel industry is a plus.
