*Your Schedule*
* Full-time, exempt role
* Four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday–Friday, with some flexibility based on clinic needs
* No call expectations at this time (subject to change with notice)
*What You’ll Do*
* Manage clinic visits for adult and pediatric trauma patients
* Conduct histories, physical exams, pre-op and discharge summaries
* Order and interpret labs and imaging, and present findings to trauma surgeons
* Assist with surgical procedures and provide OR support as needed
* Prescribe medications and perform procedures within scope of practice
* Facilitate referrals, transfers, and community resource connections
* Participate in quality improvement, policy development, and team meetings
* Educate patients and families on recovery, health maintenance, and prevention
*What You Bring*
* Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
* Current Oregon license (or ability to obtain)
* DEA registration, BLS, and ATLS certification (ACLS required if practicing sedation)
* Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
* Proficiency with EMR systems
*Preferred:*
* Prior trauma surgery or surgical clinic experience
* Epic EMR experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $146,762.44 - $168,776.81 per year
