Senior Full Stack Developer Focus on Backend Python TypeScript

Locations: Pleasanton, Atlanta, and other Workday offices in the USA
Role Focus:
· Build and scale AI-powered contract management solutions.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and data science teams.
· Own and operate key areas of the platform (“you build it, you run it”).
Key Requirements:
· 6+ years in software engineering.
· Strong experience with Python and TypeScript (NestJS, FastAPI, Flask, Django).
· Proficiency with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
· Skilled in API development, cloud environments (AWS), Docker, and Terraform.
· Familiarity with Kubernetes, DevOps, and modern distributed systems.
· Strong communication skills, especially with legal professionals.
· Experience leading projects and participating in on-call rotations.
