We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology. This role involves working with patients across various demographics to develop effective care plans that promote recovery and enhance quality of life. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing therapeutic interventions in a free standing outpatient center.
We have a 1:1 therapist to patient care model, provide an excellent work environment and work/life balance. The hours for this position are flexible. We are looking for someone to cover at least three days a week.
*Responsibilities*
* Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations.
* Develop individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs, focusing on rehabilitation goals.
* Implement treatment programs that may include exercises, manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, and modalities to alleviate pain.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, home exercises, and preventive measures.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes using medical terminology.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in physical therapy practice, particularly in an outpatient environment.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to physical therapy.
* Experience working with diverse populations.
* Familiarity with developing care plans that address various conditions and recovery goals.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
