• You develop and optimize service solutions with consulting approaches for transformers and substations
• You create business models in close collaboration with internal departments
• You structure service solutions into market-ready packages
• You design contractual frameworks including service level agreements and risk management strategies
• You drive innovation by integrating new technologies and applying innovative contract models
• You coordinate complex projects from technical, economic, and legal perspectives
• You conduct trainings and provide technical leadership to project teams

• You have a degree in business administration with additional technical and legal/contractual qualifications or similar qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in asset management within the energy sector
• You demonstrate assertiveness and leadership skills in project teams
• You work analytically and in a structured manner, even when facing complex challenges
• You have very good communications skills in English and German and are willing to travel internationally (approx. 20%)
