To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated employees for the upcoming winter season 2025/26.

• Supporting the Chef de Rang in all tasks
• General mise en place and closing duties
• Serving food and beverages
• Ensuring a professional food and beverage service in compliance with Swiss Deluxe and Leading Quality Standards, as well as our ISO quality management standards

• Central staff accommodations in the heart of Zermatt
• Employee, family & friends room rates and other discounts (for example, in the many restaurants of the MRH-Zermatt SA hotels)
• A fitness room is available for our employees, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt
• Access to our pool area during dedicated employee swimming hours
• Through our development program, you have access to various courses, for example with the company Ritzy
• Discounts on seasonal or annual ski lift passes with the Zermatt resident card

• Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry
• Initial professional experience in a similar position
• Fluent English skills; German and French is an advantage
• Team player with commitment, willingness to learn, and a confident, well-groomed appearance
• Friendly and personable demeanor with excellent manners
