We're seeking a motivated, licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. Full-time position with amazing benefits: paid time off, CEU reimbursement, healthcare, and retirement.
At RISE, we're proud to be the ONLY insurance-based PT clinic in San Diego that offers continuous one-on-one sessions, for the full hour, with a DPT—regardless of insurance coverage. This commitment has been unwavering since day one, even during the challenging times of COVID. If you're considering a "one-on-one" position elsewhere, ask the tough questions: When did they adopt this model? How much time will you truly have with each patient? Are aides/assistants involved? Will they revert to their old ways?
At our clinic, you'll enjoy the freedom to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients for a full hour, enabling you to create personalized home exercise programs. Our commitment to a clean and safe environment is unwavering, and you'll have the fulfilling chance to supervise and mentor students during their clinical rotations.
Qualifications we seek: Current CA PT license or boards exam date set, experience in outpatient ortho setting, preference for applied functional science and pediatrics. This is a full-time position with great benefits, including 401(k) matching, health insurance, and paid time off.
Specializing in orthopedics and physical & rehabilitation medicine, our clinic operates Monday to Friday on 8-hour shifts. Enjoy bonus pay and eligibility for benefits after a waiting period.
