*Position Overview:*
We are seeking an *Occupational Therapist *to join our growing OT program. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Behavioral Analysts, with opportunities for co-treating and collaboration.
*Duties:*
* Provide high-quality, individualized care for pediatric patients.
* Co-treat with other therapists to offer a comprehensive approach.
* Evaluate and assess patients' occupational therapy needs.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Support patients and their families with strategies for at-home care and preventive measures.
* Uphold the principles of neurodiversity-affirming care.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Masters or Doctorates in Occupational Therapy.
* National and state licensing.
* Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred.
* Comfortable working with diverse populations, including Autism, feeding delays, sensory processing, behavior challenges, trauma, fine motor skills, executive functioning, social-emotional development, and sensory needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
