Job Description
As a Pharmacy Technician at USave Pharmacy, you will assist our pharmacists with day-to-day operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient prescription dispensing. Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications under supervision
* Labeling, counting, measuring, packaging, and/or distributing prescribed medications
* Managing inventory, restocking shelves, ordering supplies
* Handling customer interactions with professionalism, including receiving prescriptions, answering basic queries, assisting with over-the-counter sales under supervision
* Data entry, keeping and maintaining accurate records
* Processing insurance claims, billing, and payment handling as needed
* Following pharmacy operations and safety protocols
Hours
* Full time: 40 hours/week
* Schedule may include some evenings or weekends depending on business needs
Legal / Nebraska State Requirements
To be eligible for employment as a Pharmacy Technician in Nebraska, candidates must satisfy the following (in accordance with Nebraska law):

*Education*High school diploma, GED, or state-equivalent. Nebraska
*Criminal History *No convictions of non-alcohol, drug-related felony; no non-alcohol, drug-related misdemeanor in the past 5 years.
*Registration / Certification*Must register with the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS) Pharmacy Technician Registry before working.
Must become certified by a state or national certifying body approved by the Nebraska Board of Pharmacy _within one year_ of registration.
*Lawful presence*Proof of U.S. citizenship or lawful presence in the U.S. must be provided.
*Application & Fees*Application submitted to DHHS / Division of Public Health; pay required registration fee.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
