*Key Responsibilities:*
*Soft Skills*
* Work independently to analyze user needs and develop effective solutions.
* Maintain detailed and organized documentation.
* Demonstrate adaptability and teamwork in a hybrid work environment.
* Communicate technical details clearly to clients and management.
* Troubleshoot incidents ranging from simple to complex.
* Respond to escalations in accordance with SLAs.
* Contribute to infrastructure design and project implementation.
* Maintain a customer-focused, service-oriented approach.
*Network Skills*
* Strong understanding of TCP/IP, network protocols, load balancing, and network architecture.
* Configure, maintain, and upgrade firewalls, VPNs, switches, routers, and wireless access points.
* Support WAN and cloud networking environments.
* Apply *cybersecurity best practices* to ensure network integrity.
*Server Skills*
* Manage and monitor Microsoft servers (2012–2025) both on-site and at client locations.
* Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and line-of-business applications.
* Upgrade and maintain server hardware and software.
* Execute infrastructure projects for clients.
*User Support*
* Provide phone, remote, and on-site desktop and mobile support.
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices.
* Maintain detailed records of client systems and configurations.
*Requirements*
* Excellent customer service, patience, and communication skills.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments.
* Experience with Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, or AWS.
* Ability to collaborate on maintaining and upgrading PC, Mac, and network systems.
* Perform hardware/software maintenance, break/fix repairs, and warranty work.
* Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues.
*Additional Qualifications*
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
* Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
* Availability for on-call rotations and occasional after-hours/weekend work.
*Preferred (Not Required):*
* Microsoft or A+ Certification.
* Experience with Active Directory migrations.
* Familiarity with Windows 7/10/11, macOS, Android.
* Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) and SNMP/network management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
