Specifications Descriptions of Specifications Candidate Name Please provide the full name of the candidate being proposed. *Level of Education * B.S. or B.A. Degree with 5 years of experience, or Associate degree with 7 years experience, or 10 years of relevant experience *Certification * Degree program or relevant certification dependent on role *Years of experience in Position Title * Five years of experience in a desktop Specialist role * Certification(s) B.S. or B.A. Degree with 5 years of experience, or Associate degree with 7 years experience, or 10 years of relevant experience SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Proven background in working with endpoint management software Experience with Intune, AirWatch and like endpoint management solutions Demonstrated knowledge of working with endpoint solutions 5+ years working with endpoints Advanced knowledge working with Microsoft and Android endpoint device operating systems Certificate and 5+ years working with Endpoints Mobile device management Experience with mobile devices including iPhone, iPad, Android tablets and like devices for security, patching, and remote device management Communications Requirements Ability to interact with all endpoint technologists in the organization. Must have the ability to assess, plan and implement a technical solution and share the plan with management Work Environment Working independently and/or in a team environment may be required for some engagements. Hybrid telework/on site office environment
