We are a rent guarantee and property management -a next-generation CMS that helps agents, landlords, tenants, councils, and contractors manage everything from maintenance to compliance in one intelligent system.
We’re not after a typical designer.
We’re looking for a \*\*craftsman and artist\*\*, someone who blends creativity with logic -a designer who understands what can (and shouldn’t) be built, and designs with developers in mind.
What You’ll Do
Lead the full UI/UX design process across web and mobile.
Build and maintain scalable component libraries and responsive design systems in Figma.
Create user journeys and flows that simplify complex property processes.
Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility, usability, and seamless handoff.
Bring brand and product together through thoughtful, cohesive visuals.
What You Bring
3+ years of professional \*\*UI/UX design\*\* experience.
Mastery in Figma - components, variants, auto-layout, constraints, and design tokens.
\* \*\*Solid understanding of HTML and CSS\*\* - you know how design translates into front-end code, what’s practical, and what’s not.
Strong grasp of responsive and adaptive design principles.
A portfolio that demonstrates both structure and creativity — we want to see your thinking.
\* Experience working with developers (React/Next.js knowledge is a bonus).
Graphic design will be preferred.
