As a Dentist in our practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dental care and contributing to the success of our practice. You will join a team of dedicated professionals committed to providing the best possible patient experience and promoting healthy dentistry.
*Compensation & Benefits:*
* Expected Range: $150k-300k Annually

*Qualifications:*
* DDS/DMD from an accredited University
* Valid dental license in the state of Illinois or eligible for reciprocity
* Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dental care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues effectively
*Key Responsibilities:*
_Patient Care:_ Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health and well-being. Perform dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more, with precision and care.
_Collaboration:_ Work collaboratively with other dental professionals, including General Dentists, Specialists, and support staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
_Professional Development:_ Continue your growth as a dental professional by participating in continuing education opportunities. Utilize the $1,500 allowance provided towards expanding your skills and knowledge.
_Compliance and Quality:_ Adhere to all industry regulations, safety protocols, and ethical standards. Ensure the highest level of quality in all dental procedures and treatments.
_Patient Education:_ Educate patients about oral health, treatment options, and preventive measures, empowering them to make informed decisions about their dental care.
_Business Development:_ Contribute to the growth and success of the practice by providing excellent patient care and fostering positive patient experiences, leading to increased patient referrals and satisfaction.
