LOCATION 100% Remote – Anywhere within the United States
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and manage lead capture codes and Salesforce campaigns
Create landing pages and email campaigns for tradeshows and Finalsite-hosted events
Assist with budget tracking, expense documentation, and vendor coordination as needed.
Support project management efforts in ClickUp, ensuring smooth cross-department collaboration and workflow tracking.
Collaborate with team members to generate and execute on ideas for driving attendance and engagement at events
Assist with creating presentations, Canva graphics and other written communications materials
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong multimedia communication skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable using multiple martech platforms — experience with HubSpot, Canva, Zuddl, iCapture or similar tools is a plus
A team player who is proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
