We are seeking experienced
programmatic sales professionals
to join us as
independent contractors
focused on selling
curated PMP deals
directly to
agency trading desks and programmatic investment teams , with a strong emphasis on
multicultural and diverse audiences .
This role is ideal for sellers who already have
deep trader relationships , understand
how PMPs are evaluated and activated , and want the flexibility to monetize their network through a
rev-share model —without quotas, micromanagement, or corporate overhead.
This is a
1099 contractor role , not an employee position.

distinct, relevant, and materially valuable
to trading desks—not just another deal ID.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage existing relationships with programmatic traders, investment teams, and activation leads at holding companies and independent agencies.
Introduce, pitch, and close curated PMP deal opportunities.
Identify agency demand signals and translate them into viable deal concepts.
Work collaboratively on deal structure, pricing, and packaging.
Drive deal adoption, scale, and repeat spend.
Maintain professionalism as an independent representative of the company.
Who You Are
5+ years of programmatic sales experience
Proven success selling curated PMP deals, programmatic audience packages, multicultural and diverse advertising solutions.
Strong understanding of how traders evaluate PMPs, budget flows within agency teams, SSP and DSP mechanics, deal IDs, etc.
Existing book of business and trader relationships.
Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently.
Compensation Structure
Commission-only / revenue-share model
Paid on
net collected revenue
No cap on earnings
Long-term upside from repeat spend and scaled deals
Specific commission terms outlined in contractor agreement
