Combine that with every type of candy imaginable, mix it with love and an iconic brand, I LOVE SUGAR was born./ppOverall Job Function: Optimizes the stores success by providing the customers with the greatest customer experience./ppJob Responsibility including but not limited to:/ppCustomer Service/pulliProvide excellent customer service according to I LOVE SUGAR standards./liliAnswer phones courteously and promptly./li/ulpJob Knowledge/pulliActively work with products, including processing, stocking, replenishing, rotating, displaying and merchandising per I LOVE SUGAR guidelines./liliRun POS register, report and handle all required transactions, issue receipts and pack merchandise./liliReceive, open and unpack merchandise shipments./li/ulpEfficiency/pulliExecute reductions, price changes, transfers and cash register routines./liliUtilize established I LOVE SUGAR policies and procedures to assist in asset protection and safety for the store and partner with store management as needed./li/ulpTeam Player/pulliWork effectively with team members to ensure the selling floor, cash point, and stockroom are clean and well maintained per I LOVE SUGAR store standards./liliAdhere to I LOVE SUGAR values and internal standards policies and procedures contained in the company Employee Handbook./li/ulpMinimum Candidate Qualifications:/pulliHigh School graduate or equivalent preferred/lili6 months of experience in customer service, retail industry preferred/liliAbility to lift in excess of 30 pounds/liliAbility to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items for a short distance/liliAbility to climb a ladder and use a step stool/li/ulpCompetencies:/pulliExcellent customer service skills/liliAbility and willingness to run a cash register/liliGood communication and organizational skills/liliAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment/liliAbility to take initiative to complete tasks and solve problems/liliAbility to meet deadlines/liliAbility to manage time and prioritize/liliMust be able to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends/li/ulpWe offer flexible schedules, and an amazing employee discount program for cell phone plans, gym memberships, travel, and more!/ppIf this sounds like you, please apply here and lets grow together!/p/div
