Salary Range: $49,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Plainwell seeking Inside Sales Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and pursue new sales leads generated through marketing activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers remotely.
- Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals for manufacturing products.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems in a sales context
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes or specific product lines (e.g., machining, automation, raw materials)
- Demonstrated ability to upsell or cross-sell within an existing customer base
- Proficiency in a second language relevant to the manufacturing industry (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin)
