to support multiple technology initiatives across the organization. This role will play a key part in driving project execution, documenting requirements, identifying dependencies, and ensuring accountability across teams. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage complex, cross‑functional workstreams. This position is contract through the end of the year, with the potential to convert to full‑time based on performance and upcoming project needs. Key Responsibilities Lead and support IT projects across the department, ensuring clear documentation, timelines, and deliverables Facilitate requirements gathering, dependency mapping, and project planning Hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines and project commitments Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and communication plans Support the IT Director with project oversight and coordination Assist in planning and executing a potential
building relocation , including all technology transfer, setup, and continuity planning Contribute to the implementation of a
new tax and accounting system
scheduled for next year Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors as needed Preferred Qualifications PMP certification strongly preferred 3–7 years of IT project management experience Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills Experience gathering requirements and identifying project dependencies Ability to drive accountability and keep teams aligned to timelines Experience supporting system implementations or technology migrations Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment with evolving priorities Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a structured, proactive project manager who excels at documentation, communication, and cross‑functional coordination. They are comfortable stepping into ambiguous situations, creating clarity, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly.
