*Salary:* £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
*Hours:* Monday to Friday. Shifts rotate between *8:00-16:30* and *8:50-17:20*. Standard lunch break applies.

As our IT Support Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers - helping to troubleshoot issues, install software, set up user accounts, and escalate more complex problems to senior engineers when needed. You won’t be left to sink or swim; you’ll be supported by people who want you to succeed.

* A genuine interest in technology - whether that’s gaming, building PCs, or fixing Wi‑Fi issues
* Some customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or any people‑facing role)
* A logical approach to problem‑solving
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude
* A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
* Some familiarity with *Windows, Microsoft 365, or basic networking concepts* is helpful, but not essential
_Previous IT support experience is a bonus, but not essential - full training will be provided._

* This is an *office-based role*. Applicants must already be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Witney and able to attend the office regularly.
