Role Summary We are currently welcoming individuals who enjoy working with people and supporting travel preparation to join our team as Client Travel Planner. In this position, you will assist clients with organizing personalized trip arrangements and help ensure their travel details are properly coordinated from the initial planning stage through confirmation. This opportunity is ideal for dependable individuals who appreciate organization, communication, and learning about destinations while working within a flexible virtual environment. Step-by-step instruction and continued team guidance are available to help you get started confidently. Responsibilities Include
Support clients with arranging travel elements such as accommodations, transportation, cruises, and activities Explore destination possibilities based on traveler preferences and trip goals Share planning suggestions that help improve overall travel experiences Communicate with clients through online platforms, messaging tools, and phone when needed Coordinate reservation details with approved travel providers Review supplier promotions and travel updates relevant to client trips Provide assistance throughout the trip preparation timeline Ideal Background
Interest in assisting others with vacation preparation Strong communication and customer interaction skills Ability to stay organized while handling multiple planning requests Comfortable working independently using online tools Basic computer and internet research familiarity Must be 18 years of age or older Must reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Spain, Australia or qualifying regions What This Opportunity Offers
