Responsibilities
Execute Immunology learning and development solutions in assigned business areas, partnering with clients to ensure sustainable results.
Lead projects within the portfolio to meet business requirements.
Ensure learning solutions are relevant and deliver business impact with a modern, compelling learning experience.
Define Immunology business and learning outcomes, measure and report impact, and evolve solutions as needed.
Collaborate with peers to deliver a coherent, efficient, and strategically aligned L&D plan and implementation.
Deliver or facilitate Immunology training content, or coach L&D colleagues and subject matter experts.
Manage and track financial commitments related to learning solutions.
Use data insights to influence solutions and outcomes.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, related discipline, or in pursuit of a degree.
Minimum six years of Immunology sales or training experience (minimum four years with a Master’s degree).
Minimum one year of leadership experience and one year of facilitating Immunology learning solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience in learning, talent, HR, or comparable areas with relevant technical/professional expertise.

Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $129,000.00 – $203,100.00 (subject to factors such as education, experience, and location). Eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and other health insurance; retirement benefits such as a 401(k); paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
Location and Work Arrangement Job open to US and Puerto Rico residents only, with accommodations available upon request.
