Hiring: Engagement Manager (Client Success / Account Management) This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who enjoy understanding how businesses operate, working closely with clients, and turning insights into action.
As an
Engagement Manager , you’ll build strong foundations in client service, stakeholder communication, and operational leadership—while collaborating with experienced teammates and global delivery partners.
If you come from a background in
Business Analysis, Consulting, Project Coordination, or Customer Success , and are looking to grow your client-facing confidence and leadership skills, this role is for you.

Act as the
primary point of contact
for assigned clients
Understand client goals, priorities, and workflows
Translate client needs into
clear execution plans
Lead structured conversations with
executives & stakeholders
Monitor service performance and proactively suggest improvements
Support
client retention, renewals, and account growth
Prepare and present
reports, insights, and ROI-driven updates
Ensure high-quality delivery across
global teams
Develop deeper understanding of client businesses to drive value
What You’ll Learn & Build
Client-facing confidence with
senior leadership
Hands-on experience in
account management & growth
Exposure to managing outcomes across
distributed/global teams
Professional presence suited for
executive interactions
Bachelor’s degree in
Business / Communications / Related field
2–8 years of experience in:
Business Analysis
Consulting
Customer Success / Account Management
Project Coordination
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner
Comfortable working with
data + people
Proficiency in
Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Exposure to tools like
Salesforce, Zoom
is a plus

Expanding value within existing accounts
