The Role Sigga is hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant to support enterprise sales by bringing deep maintenance and operations credibility into customer engagements. This is a field-facing role for someone who understands real-world operational workflows and can clearly demonstrate how Sigga fits into SAP-centric environments.
You will be responsible for leading discovery, delivering workflow-driven demonstrations, and guiding customers through technical and functional evaluations with clarity and confidence.
What You’ll Do
Lead discovery across maintenance, reliability, operations, IT and SAP environments
Deliver solution demonstrations aligned to real operational use cases
Translate operational pain points into clear business value and ROI narratives
Support evaluations, pilots and proof-of-concepts
Address functional and technical questions with credibility
Contribute to deal strategy and qualification through strong field insight
Maintain consistency in demo quality, messaging and positioning
Provide structured feedback from the field to Product and Product Marketing
Support workshops, executive briefings and key customer sessions as needed
What We’re Looking For Required
7–12+ years experience across maintenance and operations, enterprise SaaS or a combination of both
Hands‑on background in maintenance, reliability or operations environments
Demonstrated success running customer‑facing demos and evaluations
Strong discovery skills and ability to connect operational workflows to outcomes
Clear communication with technical, operational and executive audiences
High accountability, strong ownership and a collaborative working style
Strongly Preferred
Experience with SAP EAM, SAP PM or SAP‑centric environments
Familiarity with mobile EAM, CMMS, work management or safety processes
Exposure to value‑based or ROI‑led selling
