remote Business Development Manager (BDM)
to focus on
selling
direct hire and executive search solutions
across key professional verticals including: Accounting + Finance Technology/IT Operations Engineering & Manufacturing Logistics Human Resources IMPORTANT NOTE:
This is a high-impact,
sales-only role

not
a recruiting position. Key Responsibilities: Sell executive search and direct hire services
to new and existing clients. (NOTE: Recruiters or Recruiting-focused professionals are not a fit) Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective client opportunities Meet or exceed individual GP and revenue goals What We’re Looking For: Proven success generating
$250K+ in annual gross profit (GP) Recent (last 2 positions) selling staffing/search solutions at a staffing/search firm. Prior tenure at a well-known firm (e.g., Robert Half, Kforce, TekSystems, etc.) is a strong plus Existing book of business or warm client relationships highly preferred Must have a hunter mentality —
this is a pure sales role Compensation: Base Salary (Draw):
