Key Responsibilities
Define system architecture for scalability, performance, security, and high availability.
Create technical blueprints, solution designs, and architecture documentation.
Evaluate and recommend Teamcenter modules and configurations.
Lead Teamcenter installations, upgrades, and migrations.
Oversee BMIDE modeling, data model extensions, workflows, and access control.
Guide custom development using ITK, SOA/REST APIs, and Active Workspace extensions.
Ensure best practices in customization and configuration management.
Architect integrations between Teamcenter and ERP (SAP), CAD tools (NX, Solid Edge, CATIA), MES, and other enterprise systems.
Define data migration strategies and master data governance.
Define performance tuning strategies and system monitoring approaches.
Implement security models, access controls, and compliance requirements.
Establish PLM governance standards, coding guidelines, and architectural principles.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands‑on experience with Siemens Teamcenter (various versions).
Expertise in Teamcenter architecture (2‑tier/4‑tier, FMS, Dispatcher, AW).
Proficiency in BMIDE, workflows, preferences, ACLs, and lifecycle management.
Experience with Teamcenter integrations (SAP, CAD, MES).
Knowledge of ITK, SOA/REST, Java, and/or C++.
Experience with Active Workspace customization.
Solid understanding of databases (Oracle/SQL Server) and Linux/Windows environments.
Deep understanding of PLM concepts and product lifecycle processes.
Experience in engineering change management, BOM management, and document management.
Familiarity with manufacturing and engineering business processes.
