About the Role The ISV Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and onboarding high-potential software platforms into Aurora’s Embedded Commerce ecosystem.
This role is built for a commercial operator who wants to work directly with SaaS founders and leadership teams, shaping the next generation of vertical platforms. You will help partners design, launch, and scale profitable embedded commerce programs within their native applications, owning outcomes tied to monetization, adoption, and long-term platform value.
You will guide partners from early discovery through commercial design, integration planning, and go-live, partnering cross-functionally to ensure scalable launches and durable growth.
Core Responsibilities
Source, qualify, and onboard SaaS and ISV partners aligned with Aurora’s Ideal Partner Profile (IPP)
Evaluate platform readiness, market fit, monetization potential, and technical scalability
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified partner opportunities with accurate forecasting
Help SaaS partners design and model embedded payments and monetization strategies
Advise on pricing architecture, revenue share structures, packaging, and go-to-market motions
Apply Aurora’s discovery and partnership framework to align technical, commercial, and operational readiness
Lead partners through the full pre-launch lifecycle from strategy through integration planning and enablement
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Integration Engineering, Partner Success, Operations, Risk, and Support
Partner closely with Partner Success to align Aurora commerce products with each partner’s onboarding flows, sales motions, and cross-sell strategies
Drive adoption, monetization velocity, and long-term platform value
Leverage Aurora’s EOS operating system to drive accountability, prioritization, and execution
Represent Aurora at industry events, partner meetings, and ecosystem forums
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships, fintech, payments, or platform business development
Proven success building and scaling embedded, platform, or ecosystem partnerships
Experience helping SaaS companies monetize products and build recurring revenue programs
Strong discovery, qualification, and commercial structuring skills
Ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders with confidence
Ownership mindset with a bias toward execution and accountability
Comfortable operating in fast-growth, scale-up environments
