The Inclusion Firm is a national consulting practice that focuses on developing inclusive strategies for organizational change, and our work is grounded in integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) research, theories, and frameworks into primarily nonprofit and philanthropic organizational environments. Some of our clients include very prominent nonprofit and government agencies, from every sector including higher education, social services, NGOs, arts and culture, and healthcare.
ABOUT THE POSITION The Inclusion Firm seeks an Associate Consultant to join a growing team of stellar, highly experienced organizational thought leaders with the primary responsibility of project management. Responsibilities include managing the firm’s project schedules and work plans; develop and implement strategies, conduct research, and perform other tasks related to client’s organizational goals. Candidates must have a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, belonging, and justice.
The Associate Consultant will work approximately 10-20 hours per week, and have the ability to work independently with minimal support - and thrive in a virtual office environment
COMPENSATION $33-$40 per hour
