Residency Program Coordinator , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of clinicians while maintaining a small clinical caseload of your own.

leadership, coordination, and direct impact .
What You’ll Do You’ll be the engine that keeps our Clinical Residency Program running smoothly and effectively:
Lead onboarding and orientation, ensuring every resident is set up for success from day one
Coordinate scheduling, communication, and daily program operations
Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation aligned with CARF standards
Track supervision hours, training progress, and licensure milestones
Support trainings, workshops, and program events from planning to execution
Serve as a key point of contact for residents, supervisors, and leadership
Partner across teams (Clinical Ops, HR, Compliance) to keep everything aligned
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives that strengthen the program
Maintain a small therapy caseload, delivering high-quality, client-centered care
Assist with client coordination, including referrals and transitions
What Success Looks Like
Residents are fully onboarded and confident on day one
Documentation is consistently accurate, complete, and audit-ready
Communication is timely, clear, and reliable
Trainings and supervision sessions run smoothly and on schedule
Program data and reports are delivered accurately and on time
What You Bring
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Active clinical licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice (e.g., LMSW, LGPC, LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent) — required for providing therapy services
2+ years of behavioral health experience, including direct clinical care
Strong organization and attention to detail—you don’t let things fall through the cracks
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with program coordination or training programs (a plus)
Familiarity with CARF, Medicaid documentation, and licensure tracking
Comfort with EHR systems and tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset
Fully remote with occasional in-person meetings or events
Standard business hours with some flexibility
Minimal, planned travel
