Primary Responsibilities
Assist with responding to potential customer inquiries with formal and informal presentations, including demos of Therap system.
Communicate the value of Therap Services solutions with prospects and clients.
Assist with negotiations to close sales of Therap Services products.
Assist with closing sales of Therap Services products.
Assist with upgrading clients' use of Therap Services.
Build relationships within prospective and current organizations.
Network, prospect and qualify account opportunities. Utilize CRM documentation.
Attend industry conferences.
Work on special projects as needed.
Desired Qualifications
Experience utilizing Therap for a year plus.
Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain close relationships with the Sales team and customers.
Ability to use consultative and sales skills to understand customer business requirements and recommend Therap Services solutions that best solve their business needs.
Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Ability to be flexible to operate in a customer focused environment and advocate for customers across a cross-functional organization.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to follow directions, prioritize and execute tasks and creatively problem solve.
Proficient in web applications and other software.
