What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide first-level assessment, support, and resolution of customer issues
Answer inbound calls regarding product orders, parts orders, and repair requests in a fast-paced environment
Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on company criteria
Handle dispute escalations in accordance with existing policies and procedures
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of service-related experience in a call center environment
Experience in a remote and fast-paced environment
Ability to learn systems and multi-task while assisting customers
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Must be able to work mandatory overtime during peak seasons
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
SAP experience is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
