We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead the design and evolution of Bureau content, rates, and forms across Insurity’s Policy Administration systems, enabling innovation, operational excellence, and differentiated customer outcomes. What Our Architect Will Do
Innovation Leadership: Collaborate with senior technical leaders to design and deliver innovative functionality that differentiates Insurity’s Bureau offerings; evaluate processes and tools with Product and R&D to accelerate speed to market; oversee ideation and development of new functionality for Circ with high quality and performance; inspire with a forward-thinking vision grounded in data; explore emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities; foster a culture of innovation across internal teams. Technology: Participate in SDLC estimation and development processes for highly complex assignments; investigate and conduct proofs of concept for new technologies; evangelize new technologies among stakeholders. Product Architecture: Act as a champion of design and development roadmap decisions; define and evangelize product roadmap vision with stakeholders; ensure enhancements align with the design philosophy; determine new solutions to leverage new technologies and stay current; represent the company as a technical expert with customers, prospects, and partners. Design: Determine technical solutions, provide guidance to other developers, review solutions, apply design patterns, create robust designs to reduce maintenance and testing effort, and work to reduce code base complexity; prepare design proposals and prototyping for complex problem spaces. Development: Create technical documentation for targeted audiences; develop solutions for problems and enhancements; set coding standards; follow Insurity standards; lead a team; estimate and plan projects; provide peer reviews; troubleshoot and remediate defects; write code and unit tests per standards; develop automated test harnesses. Documentation: Comment code; prepare impact assessments; present technical solutions (e.g., using PowerPoint). Who We’re Looking For
Recommended:
10 years of experience; Bachelor’s degree in a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered). Expert in:
Analytical and critical thinking; strong written and verbal English communication; detail-oriented; time management and organization; collaborative and independent work; self-starter and quick learner; ability to give/receive feedback; meeting facilitation and management; process analysis and management; consultative skills; change agent; technical leadership; ability to present information clearly. Expert proficiency with:

Insurity operates with five core values, including acting with integrity. We provide pay transparency and regularly review salary ranges to ensure fairness and equity. The career level salary range for this role is $105,000 to $167,000; actual salary may vary by experience.
