Solutions Architect
to lead the integration of Cedar's platform with our clients' healthcare management systems. Solutions Architects are among the first Cedar employees clients interact with and are skilled at building strong client relationships alongside Cedar’s commercial teams. U.S. remote-friendly . Responsibilities: Conduct technical and operational discovery sessions with clients. Translate client data formats to Cedar’s infrastructure and schemas. Lead data validation workflows to identify root causes and troubleshoot data mismatches or loading errors. Manage technical testing efforts for UAT to ensure data quality, access, and performance meet standards. Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders regarding networking, security, change management, user authentication, and technical reviews. Develop integration strategies based on discovery requirements. Manage multiple technical and operational activities during solution design and implementation. Lead cross-functional teams across Cedar. Track project progress, manage tasks, and resolve issues. Collaborate with integration teams to streamline future implementations. Represent the customer’s voice to internal teams—engineering, product, and account management. Think critically through ambiguous workflows to develop sustainable, high-quality solutions. Skills & Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience, with 2+ years in client-facing technical project leadership within an enterprise environment. Experience with healthcare systems, digital payments, backend payment processing, enterprise system integrations, or EHR systems. Comfort with data structures, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL; Python experience is a plus. Ability to lead outcome-focused client discussions credibly. Experience translating technical and business requirements to engineering teams. Comfort working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with some ambiguity. Passion for Cedar’s mission to improve healthcare financial experiences.
