Established software as a service (SaaS) provider is seeking a Contracts Administrator. We are an international and midsized company (less than 500 employees) with offices and clients in the United States and EMEA. We have an esteemed reputation and offer permanently remote roles.
Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, drafting, and reviewing various customer‑facing contracts for our organization. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as legal, sales, and finance teams, as well as external clients and partners to ensure that contractual arrangements are documented clearly and accurately. The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of autonomy, independently managing transactions from draft to execution, while maintaining disciplined compliance with company rules, approval frameworks, and contracting playbooks.
Duties & Responsibilities
Draft, review, and finalize executable contractual documents such as order forms, renewals, amendments, statements of work, and related SaaS commercial documents while ensuring alignment with master agreements and internal policy requirements.
Translate approved deal terms into accurate and executable documentation by creating comprehensive order documents that accurately reflect the products and services being offered. This includes detailed pricing structures, professional services descriptions, and any additional terms and conditions.
Calculate fees accurately based on various parameters such as term duration including pro‑rated terms, item quantity, variable discounts, and scalable increases for annual growth.
Work closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on pricing, terms, and legal compliance aspect of order documents. Collaborate effectively to resolve any discrepancies that may arise.
Demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Understand legal principles and regulations relevant to commercial transactions.
Examine supporting materials and agreement documents related to contracts and provide guidance on contract terms and conditions.
Maintain accurate records of all order documents and related supporting documentation to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.
Ensure contracts are properly stored and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality of all contracts.
Ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications & Requirements
A minimum 4 years of proven experience with order‑management contracts in a similar role is required.
Prior experience with software licensing or SaaS is required (ideally a minimum of 2 years of SaaS experience).
Strong understanding of SaaS pricing structures including subscription terms, renewals, usage tiers, uplifts, erosion, co‑termination, etc.
Demonstrated understanding of SaaS‑related professional services offerings, including implementation, configuration, integration, training, advisory services, and subcontracting of services.
Direct experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word to draft, redline, and format order documents is required.
Proficiency in math and the use of Microsoft Excel for important tasks such as calculating total contract value, determining payment schedules, reviewing pro‑rated values, and analyzing any discounts granted is required.
Working knowledge of the relationship between legal and finance within contracts, including a comprehensive understanding of software revenue recognition and its application in the context of order documents.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is critical in this role.
Consistently follows established processes, templates, and approval workflows with accuracy and discipline.
Effectively prioritize and execute under compressed timelines during peak sales cycles.
Extremely strong and professional communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation – are required.
Familiarity with NetSuite, Open Air, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce.com is a plus.

Target Compensation: Annual base salary target of $85,000 to $110,00 USD depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and level of experience. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
