Responsibilities:
Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and applicant tracking
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Screen and interview candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefits, and facilitate onboarding processes
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR initiatives

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in recruitment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
