As a Client Success Manager (CSM) at Scaling with Systems, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our clients and guiding them to full adoption and absorption of our programs. We are searching for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in client success experience, who thrives on developing strategic relationships and is deeply aligned with our core values. You are the strategic operator and creator coach for the portfolio of clients you’d be responsible for.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships by proactively engaging in strategic account planning with large, complex organizations.
Ensure clients understand and experience the ROI/value SWS delivers.
Regularly meet with clients, both virtually and in person.
Maintain a keen understanding of the SWS product offerings and updates.
Uphold the values of Scaling with Systems in all interactions and decision-making processes.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer success management or equivalent role.
Proven proficiency in customer retention and growth in a B2B environment.
Exceptional communication, accountability, leadership, teamwork, & cross-group collaboration abilities.
Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

YouTube (Coaching/Content Creation), YouTube Studio/Analytics
Funnel Building Software
Sales (Ideally High-Ticket, $5k+)
