Essential Functions
Own the full sales cycle —from discovery to close—driving pipeline growth and revenue within assigned accounts.
Proactively identify and pursue opportunities
to expand Concord’s footprint across strategic accounts.
Exceed annual revenue targets
through effective account management and growth strategies.
Leverage upsell opportunities
within existing accounts to consistently achieve quota.
Deliver
exceptional client relationship management
for both new and existing accounts.
Act as a
trusted advisor , helping clients maximize Concord’s solutions to achieve business objectives.
Manage designated
End‑User accounts
as assigned by sales leadership.
Drive adoption of
Concord Cloud Fax
and
Concord Connect (Intelligent Document Processing)
across all accounts.
Conduct
semi‑annual internal business reviews
and develop strategic account plans.
Requirements
10+ years of enterprise sales experience
in healthcare or consulting services, with a focus on complex solutions.
Minimum 3 years in current role
with a proven record of consistent quota attainment.
