Opportunity
Project Documentation : Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Meeting Facilitation : Schedule project stand‑ups or briefings, take detailed minutes, and track follow‑up action items.
Resource Coordination : Help manage team calendars and ensure project assets (files, briefs, tools) are accessible to all stakeholders.
Risk & Issue Tracking : Maintain the project RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) log under senior PM guidance.
Communication : Act as a bridge between departments to ensure clear information flow and deadline awareness.
Product Support : Capture and document technical requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria for the product team.
Implementation Troubleshooting : Liaise with Tech and Ops teams during product roll‑outs.
Timeline Monitoring : Track project timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure smooth delivery.
Who We’re Looking For
Final‑year students pursuing a degree that develops analytical, organizational and communication skills (e.g., STEM, philosophy, economics, social sciences).
Interest in financial services, fintech, or crypto markets.
Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about how technology and finance intersect.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and a quick learner.
Genuine desire to learn project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).
