This is a remote position. Eligibility: Applicants must reside in the United States.
The Customer Service Representative supports the company leadership team by executing a variety of store‑level tasks that ensure efficient, safe, and customer‑focused operations. This includes food service preparation, point‑of‑sale transactions, housekeeping duties, and general store upkeep.
Role and Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive assistance during checkout.
Answer customer questions and direct them to the appropriate departments or staff members.
Collect and organize shopping carts and baskets from entrances and parking areas.
Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming front‑end areas.
Assist with light restocking, price checks, and returning items to their proper locations.
Work collaboratively with team members across departments to support daily operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned to help ensure a safe and efficient store environment.
Qualifications
Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service.
Attention to detail and ability to handle groceries safely and efficiently.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods, push carts, and lift light to moderate items.
Team‑oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
Effective communication skills to engage with customers and team members.
Ability to address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
