What You’ll Be Doing
Tackle Challenges:
Assemble heavy‑duty racking and fixtures, relying on detailed blueprints and Plan‑O‑Grams (POGs/MODs).
Solve Problems:
Relocate products, adjust shelving, and create displays that meet our clients’ exacting standards.
Collaborate:
Work alongside a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
Lead by Example:
Guide team members with positivity and focus, ensuring every task exceeds expectations.
Who You Are
Preferred Experience:
Background in fixture installation, merchandising, or retail stocking is a plus. Leadership experience is even better.
Core Skills:
Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities, and the ability to focus on quality.
Physical Abilities:
Can lift up to 50 lbs., stand for 8–10 hours, and bend as needed.
Essential Skills:
Proficient in the use of basic hand tools, equipped with OSHA‑compliant safety toe shoes, and able to maintain reliable transportation to job sites.
