We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and support technology infrastructure migration projects, particularly focused on identity platform migrations during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience working with multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced environments.
Responsibilities
Lead or participate in customer identity platform migration projects during M&A and divestiture activities.
Manage projects related to large-scale file transfer migrations.
Develop and present technical proposals to clients.
Engage with both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
Prepare and conduct presentations for groups or project teams.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while managing priorities and deadlines.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience managing technology infrastructure projects or programs, preferably within the Financial Services industry in the U.S.
Strong understanding of Project/Program Management best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities effectively.
Minimum of 2 years of full-time IT project experience.
Strong customer-facing and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Self-motivated, confident, and ambitious with a proactive approach to work.
