This Software Engineer III will design and develop the digital identity infrastructure and deliver well‑thought‑out, fault‑tolerant, scalable software solutions using cutting‑edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to designs of major software components, systems, and features
Write well designed, testable, efficient code that meets coding standards
Ensure designs comply with requirements and perform code reviews
Own delivery of software features from inception to production
Engage with Product to define technical requirements and design
Engage with IT/Ops to ensure timely production deployment
Exercise creative thinking to solve hard problems
Promote and maintain cultural values of humility, passion, inclusion, and leadership
Qualifications and Experience
6+ years of software development experience
Deep understanding of object‑oriented programming with at least one language (e.g., Python, Java)
Experience architecting and developing complex solutions
Experience with public cloud services
Bachelor’s in computer science or related quantitative field, or equivalent experience
Experience with database internals, database language theories, data modeling, SQL, GraphQL, and NoSQL technologies
DevOps experience highly desirable
Strong passion for learning about products and markets
Experience in high‑growth or pre‑IPO technology companies is a plus
