Role & Responsibility
Handling the Manpower and Manage the raw material & finish material handling from in process in the press shop area.
Maintain production as per schedule (Daily plan).
To make plan for efficiency improvement, reduction of down time & cost and effective implementation of the same.
Working in the Press Shop, Fettling area and Drilling shop.
Monthly production planning based on the customer plan. Weekly and daily production plan.
Coordinating & follow up of Schedule Deadline & Delivery Dates.
Tool change Over Plan & Process in charge.
Raw material Planning & Inventory control monthly.
Having good knowledge of Measuring Instruments.
Reduce a Rejection & Improve a quality.
Knowledge of new part development according to production documents.
Control the quality problem, Loss minutes in a production etc.
Conducting Poka -Yoke (FOOL proofing devices) on line to reduce in-house rejection and customer complaints.
WI, OS, Kaizen, OPERATOR SKILL MATRIX, FIFO Documentation in Shop floor, & Welding Area .etc.
Knowledge of Tool Assy.
Knowledge of Control Plan.
Knowledge of Microsoft office, AutoCAD etc.
Preventive maintenance work.
