The Role As an
Account Manager , you’ll own a portfolio of clients and play a central role in retention, renewal, and expansion. You’ll work closely with customers to ensure they’re extracting maximum value from the platform—renewing subscriptions, identifying growth opportunities, and deepening engagement. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative sales, client strategy, and data‑driven storytelling within a high‑growth, mission‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a defined book of clients across the energy and finance ecosystem.
Proactively engage accounts to drive adoption, satisfaction, and renewal.
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities for additional licenses and bolt‑on offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience and solution delivery.
Maintain visibility of renewal pipeline and track client health metrics.
Deliver quarterly business reviews highlighting ROI and platform impact.
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years’ experience in
Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS renewals .
Background in
energy markets, data analytics, or subscription‑based media
preferred.
Proven ability to manage renewals, drive client retention, and grow existing accounts.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across senior client stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
